GIFRAN 2 M is a non-ionic ingredient based on Laureth-2, intended for use as an emulsifier and as an aid in viscosity adjustment in aqueous surfactant systems.
It is particularly useful in formulations where increased viscosity of the cleansing system is required. Its thickening performance is effective in combination with sodium chloride (NaCl), making it suitable for designing and fine-tuning the rheology of surfactant-based formulations.
Aqueous surfactant systems: as a component supporting increased and controlled formulation viscosity.
Cleansing products: in surfactant systems requiring the desired product consistency.
NaCl-thickened formulations: particularly in systems where sodium chloride is used for viscosity adjustment.
Emulsifying systems: as a non-ionic emulsifier supporting the formation and maintenance of the desired formulation structure.
Formulations requiring rheology adjustment: as a functional ingredient for fine-tuning the viscosity of the aqueous surfactant phase.
