LAUCOSOL PGO is a blend of Decyl Glucoside and Glyceryl Oleate, designed for cleansing formulations where effective cleansing performance is combined with emollient properties and enhanced skin comfort after use.
It helps maintain skin moisture and improve the after-wash skin feel, while also contributing to the technological properties of the formulation. It can increase viscosity and foam density, helping to create a rich, creamy foam and giving cleansing products a more conditioning profile.
Shower gels and body cleansers: in systems requiring effective cleansing combined with a more comfortable skin feel after rinsing.
Facial cleansers: as a formulation component where cleansing performance is combined with emollient properties and support for skin hydration.
Shampoos and hair cleansers: as part of the surfactant system, helping to improve foam quality, density and creaminess.
Liquid cleansers and cleansing gels: in formulations where both increased viscosity and improved foam characteristics are desired.
Mild rinse-off systems: as a component that gives the formulation a more conditioning profile and helps reduce the undesirable feeling of dryness after cleansing.
