NEOWAX MX is a multi-component emulsifying base based on Cetearyl Alcohol, Lanolin, Ceteareth-25, PEG-100 Stearate and Glyceryl Stearate, designed for the development of stable cosmetic formulations under demanding conditions.
It can be used in both acidic and alkaline emulsions as well as in systems containing elevated salt levels. This makes it suitable for formulations where conventional emulsifying systems may show limited stability, particularly in depilatory products.
Depilatory products: creams and other depilatory formulations requiring an emulsifying system suitable for high salt levels and demanding pH conditions.
Acidic emulsions: formulations where the emulsifying system needs to remain effective under acidic conditions.
Alkaline emulsions: products requiring a stable emulsifying system under alkaline conditions.
High-salt formulations: emulsions in which elevated levels of ionic ingredients may present a challenge to system stability.
Demanding emulsion systems: formulations requiring an emulsifying base that combines performance across a wide pH range with tolerance to elevated salt concentrations.
