Product obtained by steam distillation of the flowering tops of Mentha arvensis L. and partially dementholized. It has a milder mint scent, but still contains other mint ingredients, such as menthone, isomentone, limonene and pulegone. This makes it suitable for use in various industries where mint aroma is needed, but without the intense cooling effect.
