Certificates and approvals
TuriColl™ is manufactured within a controlled EU supply chain, including facilities certified to BRCGS Food, IFS Food and IFS Logistics standards. The raw material is Halal certified.
The raw material does not contain any allergens listed in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. It is gluten-free, lactose-free and free from fish-derived ingredients and has non-GMO status. Quality control includes physicochemical and microbiological testing as well as heavy metals analysis.
General information
TuriColl™ is a range of collagen hydrolysates produced from turkey-derived raw materials rich in type II collagen through enzymatic hydrolysis. Controlled protein breakdown enables variants with different average molecular weights and peptide size distributions. The raw material also naturally contains hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulphate and glucosamine sulphate.
In food supplements and functional foods, TuriColl™ serves as a source of collagen protein. Its complete solubility in cold water makes it suitable for instant mixes, beverages and shots without the need to heat the water. In cosmetic formulations, the MMP variant is intended for use as a moisture-binding, conditioning and film-forming ingredient.
The range comprises three powder variants: LMP with an average molecular weight of 600 Da, MMP – 3000 Da and NSP – 2000 Da. NSP covers the full spectrum of hydrolysis fractions: peptides, polypeptides and free amino acids. The stated molecular weights are average values; each hydrolysate contains fractions of varying sizes.
The presence of type II collagen in all three variants has been confirmed by LC-MS. The turkey-derived source material differentiated peptide profiles and naturally occurring co-components provide a basis for selecting the appropriate raw material for a specific formulation.

Animal feed and nutritional products: NSP variant for collagen formulations, including joint-support products for animals.
The final use level should be selected according to the raw material variant, formulation and intended application.
